What is FLC 2010? FLC is a 60 hour leadership workshop specially designed for the youth of Pakistan. 300 young men and women selected from (expected) around 1500 applications from all over Pakistan. However the major chunk will be including students from leading universities and schools of Pakistan. Team FLC consists of around 25 young students from few leading business schools of Karachi. Team FLC is a bunch of enthusiastic students with lust of doing something different in their nature. The team members are selected on the basis of their past experiences and their enthusiasm for teambuilding. Objectives : • To exchange ideas and information aimed at establishing linkages between youths leaders. • To enhance cultural awareness and identity • To share different perspectives through provocative panel presentations, stimulating roundtable discussions and informal networking opportunities • To emphasize the crucial contribution that Pakistani youth can make, as well as help youth into the future with a spirit of leadership and commitment. • To build a stronger sense of collaboration among youths • To seek acquaintances and galvanize bases for the continued co-operation and brotherhood/ sisterhood with all those who have the wellbeing and interest of Cameroonian people at heart. • Create a forum for dialogue amongst youth • Capacity Building for Young People and Youth Leaders
